An exceptional red wine that emerges from the best vineyards of the zone. It is inspired by the life (BIOS) and the spirit of the ancient Greeks, in an area where Aristotle taught Alexander the Great. A wine that highlights its ornate and unique character after ageing.

Vinification

Selected vineyards, attentive grape harvest in containers of 20 kg    capacity in order to avoid crushing and oxidation during transportation. Classical method of red wine vinification with extraction of 5 - 6 days at 28 to 30° C. Defermentation and malolactic fermentation follow. Mixture before ageing.

12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle

Bouquet / Palate

Vivid, velvet purple colour. A complex bouquet, which highlights the varieties xinomavro, merlot and syrah in combination with the aromas the oak barrels give. Soft wine with mild tannins and fruity aromatic taste.
