In ancient times, Imathia, which means "Sandy beach", referred to the wide area between Axios and Aliakmon rivers.
Wet spring - warm and dry summer - cool autumn - mild winter.
Rose, semi dry.
Selection of vineyards, attentive grape harvest in containers of 20 Kg capacity in order to avoid crushing and oxidation during transportation. Particular vinification technique, grapes from the noble red variety Xinomavro are kindly crushed and the free run juice is slowly fermented in stainless tanks at extremely low temperature (8°C).
Seductive, intense and bright pink colour
This wine is distinguished by its full-bodied character and the rich aromas of forest’s fruit and other red fruit.
Not only a sample of the multi-valency Xinomavro variety but also a fine and balanced rose semi dry wine. A brilliant, nervous but well balanced wine with especially rich aromatic structure.
Overall, a crisp acidity, well-balanced wine with a long and soft finish.
Served cool (8 -10°C).
Ideally accompanies pasta and grilled meat.
