White vinification method using grapes from the noble red variety Xinomavro, which are crushed carefully, without pressure, so that we collect only the first juice which is then led to alcoholic fermentation at    16-18 ° C in stainless steel tanks .

Bouquet / Palate

It has the color of elegance and purity, a bright, pale yellow. The aroma of the pear is clearly perceived, which then evolves into that of the apricot. Nervous but balanced, a wine that surely captures the first sip.
