About the wine
A unique white dry wine that is created from red grapes (Blanc de Noir), yielding an aromatic and balanced taste, that is preserved in an elaborate bottle. It's a shiny, nervous wine that is distinguishable by a particularly rich aroma composition.

A special winemaking technique using grapes from the noble red variety Xinomavro, which are carefully crushed, without pressure, so that we collect only the first juice, which is then led to a very slow alcoholic fermentation, in stainless tanks and at a very low temperature (8 ° C).
